Eduardo Martinez is an avid entrepreneur who has set up and run successful ventures around the world for the last 22 years. He is the Co-founder and CEO of Toqio, a corporate embedded finance platform that allows companies to create and launch their own fully branded and integrated solutions in just a few weeks.

Eduardo spent his early career in senior positions at Accenture where he polished his leadership skills and developed a passion for innovation. This allowed him to co-found Olivo in 2009 and an online business management service called Geniac in 2014. By 2019, he launched Toqio.

Apart from his entrepreneurial journey, Eduardo is also an Associate Professor of digital transformation and entrepreneurship at IE Business School.

Michael Galvin is an experienced entrepreneur who has launched multiple successful international businesses, such as Olivo Ventures and Geniac, with his long term business partner Eduardo Martínez. He is currently the co-founder and Chief Partnership Officer (CPO) of Toqio, a corporate embedded finance platform that gives corporates access to financial tools that transform the value of their distribution networks for growth, efficiency, and resilience. Mike’s journey from Florida, his home state, to London demonstrates the wealth of knowledge and experience in business administration he has acquired in his career. With a strong commitment to financial inclusivity and a focus on decentralization within the fintech sector, Mike possesses the leadership, creativity, and determination necessary to shape the future of fintech.

Kunal Galav, Toqio’s Vice President of Product, is a massive part of creating innovation in the fintech industry. He began his journey in the fintech world in 2021 by joining Mambu as Head of Partnerships. He has also been the Global Head of Digital and Customer Product Strategy at HSBC where he led strategic initiatives and he was Assistant Vice President at Credit Suisse, where his expertise was vital to corporate equity derivatives and convertible bond trading. Kunal initially honed many of his management skills at McKinsey & Company, where he immersed himself in corporate strategy while spearheading digital transformation initiatives for a myriad of clients.

Michael Pierce is a results-driven sales leader with an extensive professional journey that has spanned international boundaries, taking him from his native city of Boston to his adopted home in Berlin. He has helped create over fifty innovative fintech solutions throughout Europe and the USA, focusing on digital transformation, launching new products, and expanding corporate footprints. Michael was a member of the founding commercial team at Mambu, where he played a critical role in the company’s initial commercial expansion. There, he developed key partnerships, created a robust commercial strategy to overcome the regulatory hurdles associated with a fintech platform, and was a key figure in the company’s expansion into the Nordic market. In his current role as Vice President of Sales at Toqio, he plays a pivotal role in shaping the company's sales strategy and driving revenue growth. With his wealth of experience, dedication, and passion for the digital democratization of finance, Michael is a driving force behind Toqio's burgeoning success in the global marketplace.

As Vice President of Technology at Toqio, Yan Rocubert leads the company's technological strategy and development. With extensive experience in the tech industry, Yan is instrumental in driving innovation and ensuring the robustness of Toqio's platform.

Arancha Riestra is a strong leader and a Toqio founding member. Her role as VP of People aims to shape the culture at Toqio through a human-centric approach. Her architecture degree and experience in that field not only equip her with a deep understanding of organization and design principles but also provide her with a unique perspective on fostering creativity, collaboration, and innovation, making her the ideal leader to shape Toqio's organizational ethos. She is a builder, in every sense of the word. Jessica Armada is a versatile finance leader with expertise in building scalable financial operations and aligning financial strategy with long-term business goals. At Toqio, she leverages technology and automation to drive growth, optimize processes, and empower teams through data-driven decision-making. Prior to her current role, she has held senior finance positions at various companies where she excelled in streamlining reporting and enhancing efficiency. A passionate advocate for innovation and continuous improvement, Jessica thrives on fostering collaboration and creating impactful financial strategies. Outside work, she enjoys exploring new cultures, discovering great coffee, and immersing herself in books.
